PRINTS

The Print Space my print partner, manage all of my print orders.

  • Following your order, their expert printers will print, package and despatch your order via Royal Mail.
  • UK mainland orders are typically printed and dispatched within 5 working days.
  • You’ll receive an email with a tracking code as soon as it has been despatched.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs delays.

EU customers will not be subject to customs charges or delays as The Print Space also ship from within the EU.

The Print Space have achieved 100% carbon neutral status. They ship using plain, secure and fully recyclable/biodegradable materials. Click here to read more about their commitment to the environment.

Print Orders

  • As these are custom-printed items, they are non-refundable unless they have arrived damaged or not as stated.

  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details from Woocommerce, and shipped items will receive confirmation from The Print Space. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or get in contact.

  • If you need any assistance with your order, please get in touch with me immediately. I will not be able to change your order after it has been printed (this usually happens within a few hours).

  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.

  • I am not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in your address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, I will work with The Print Space to try and get it sent to you asap. There are no refunds as these are custom print orders.

  • The Print Space ship direct from different countries worldwide, meaning (most) countries will not receive import duties or custom fees. However, a few packages may still be charged import duties and/or customs fees; these fees are determined by customs officials and are not included in the shipping cost.

I am not responsible for shipping carrier delays. If you’re ordering around a busy time – Christmas etc., please allow additional time for your order to arrive.
