Growing up in the Lake District in Cumbria was a wonderful time for me! If you are heading into the hills, you may see signs painted by farmers that say ‘Tek Care, Lambs Ont Road’ (Take care, lambs on the road). I love how you can almost hear the Cumbrian accent as you say it out loud, and the adorable Herdwick sheep are a statement of the Lake District fells.
