Returns Policy for Becca Hall Illustration Ltd

1. Right to Cancel

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods without giving any reason. This is known as the “cooling-off period.”

2. Cancellation Period

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the customer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer acquires, physical possession of the goods.

3. Notification of Cancellation

To exercise the right to cancel, customers must inform Becca Hall Illustration Ltd of their decision to cancel their order by email.

4. Effects of Cancellation

If a customer cancels their order, Becca Hall Illustration will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if the customer chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered).

5. Reimbursement

Becca Hall Illustration will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from the customer any goods supplied; or
  • (if earlier) 14 days after the day the customer provides evidence that they have returned the goods; or
  • if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about the customer’s decision to cancel the contract.

Becca Hall Illustration will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

6. Returning Goods

Customers should send back the goods or hand them over to:

  • Return Address: 30 Stret Kosti Veur Wartha, Nansledan, Newquay TR8 4SX without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which they communicate their cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

7. Costs of Return

The customer will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If the goods, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the customer will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

8. Condition of Returned Goods

The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

9. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised items.
  • Goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
